Hi Peter, Usually in such cases, buyers who purchase units in the developments are more geared towards investments therefore upon TOP, they will be looking at renting the units out or selling in the market. With a premium address over the development, the price of individual units are a fraction of what a proper landed would command, therefore this will appeal to buyers who are looking to stay in a location with good address yet unable to pay the premium for a proper landed.
